Jesuit Ranger Experience Podcast Episode 5: Advice from Rising Seniors to the Class of ’27

-

On August 15th, Ben Eppich and I had the opportunity to open up the 2023-2024 school year with a virtual podcast specifically covering advice toward the class of ’27, and things we wished we knew going into our freshman year.

As a freshman beginning a new journey in high school, it is an intimidating process with new faces and acclimating into a new environment learning rigorous content, however, you’re not the only one. Your teachers and coaches will walk with you to understand the ropes of classes and more importantly balance as you get the hang of freshman year. It’s an informative, lengthy podcast covering advice this year as a podcast group for the rest of our senior year.

Another great article to check out with similar content is Peyton Bristow’s article titled “10 Steps for Success at Jesuit.” It highlights Peyton’s overall experience and time so far as a junior at Jesuit to get involved in the community, meeting with teachers, and participating in Jesuit events like Homecoming and athletic events.

Our goal for the rest of the year is to continue to get two podcasts out a month in a timely manner. Additionally, our intent is to do more spotlight pieces for community service, teacher profiles, athletics, and coverage of extracurriculars that some people may not be aware of. We are very grateful for this year, and we appreciate you tuning in!

Stay tuned to the Roundup for more podcasts in the future!
