The Jesuit Roundup Exclusive Podcast: An Interview with Junior Class President Chris Simington and Vice President Drew Noonan

-

On February 27th, Ben Eppich ’24 and I had the opportunity to have a sit-down interview with the newly elected tandem for student body president Chris Simington ’24, and vice president Drew Noonan ’24. We dive deep into their goals as president and vice president and their mission for the school for the rest of their junior and senior year. We cover both their backgrounds as Jesuit students, their hope for impacting the Jesuit community, and their reasoning behind their decision to run against 3 other excellent candidates.

We are excited to relaunch the Jesuit Roundup Podcast, and will most likely cover two events per month with an overview or a conversation with a sports team, extracurricular activity, or even a teacher or administrator profile. The last time a podcast has been covered was March 2021, and the two most recent pieces have been an interview of Jesuit baseball with Coach Jones and talking astronomy with Mr. Von Schlenhendried for example.

If you are interested in organizing, assisting in coming up with ideas, or possibly joining the team. Please feel free to contact Griffin @ [email protected] or Ben @ [email protected].

Hopefully, soon, our podcast program will be on iTunes and Spotify. However, for now, visit us at www.jesuitroundup.org.
