Jesuit Soccer continues through the season with strong performances with a current record of 9-4-4, and 6-4-4 in their conference. Out of the last four appearances from the Rangers side there has been three wins, two of which were in a dominating fashion. The outlook for Jesuit’s varsity soccer team looks tremendous after recent outings from Junior Jason Ogbolu, Senior James McCrea, who saw multiple strong offensives against Berkner in their most recent game.

Berkner – 28th February (W 6-0) 
The Rangers had a stellar game against Berkner on Tuesday the 28th, with a victory of 6 to nothing. The strong offence and and impeccable defense foreshadows a lot to come from the Varsity squad. Jason Ogbolu scored two goals, James McCrea scored one goal and three assists, Noah McGough, Josh Roppolo both scored one goal. Impressively, GK Coal Hines managed one goal and three saves.
Lake Highlands – 24th February (W 1-0) 
The Rangers faced off against district rival Lake Highlands with a close matchup between the two sides. The Jesuit side emerged victorious with a single goal from Jason Ogbolu coming off of an interception on a clearing pass with an early goal in the fifth minute. The squad’s defense maintained strong composure for the rest of the match with four saves from Goal Keeper Cole Hines with the defense halting another fifteen shots from Lake Highlands.

Richardson – 21st February (L 1-3) 
The Varsity squad’s momentum was broken with an unfortunate loss to Richardson. James McCrea scored one goal in the match. The team’s Goalkeepers made a valiant effort but could not withhold against the strong offensive from the eagles, Christian Rodriguez managed three saves and Cole Hines halted one.
Berkner – 17th February (W 3-1)
Jesuit rebounded off of their loss against Irving with a victorious outing against Berkner in a match with a very strong first half offensive. Hugh Rudnicki managed the team’s first goal, while Noah McGough scored two goals within six minutes, also within ten minutes of the Rudnicki’s goal. Goalkeeper Christian Rodriguez had an impressive four saves, and Cole Hines stopped one.
