Jesuit Hockey Shutouts Flower Mound/Marcus

The Jesuit Hockey team fired at all cylinders against Flower Mound and Marcus. This secured their first win of many this season. The final score was a 4-0 shutout for your Jesuit Rangers because of a noticeable performance from the goalie. Securing 25 saves on 25 shots for the first shutout of the season.

1st Period

The Jesuit Rangers started out strong with Noah Pinkall ’24. Scoring his first goal of the season and the game’s first goal. Assisting him were Allen Zhang ’26 and William Hubbell ’26.

2nd Period

The 2nd period produced an exciting show of scoring chances. Jesuit Dallas had 5 penalties this period comparatively Flower Mound/Marcus had 2. Most noticeably Jesuit Dallas produced a misconduct penalty meanwhile Flower Mound/Marcus produced a roughing and unsportsmanlike. Jesuit Dallas produced many penalties this period, but still notably dominated the period.

3rd Period

The night’s highlight was the 3rd period because of the 3 exciting goals to end the night. The first goal was Ewan Randles ’25, a recent transfer from Cistercian. Then Kyle Hogan ’23, senior captain of the Jesuit Dallas Hockey team. Finally, Andrew Theisen ’25. Assisting players were, transfer Jackson Deininger ’24, and freshman Allen Zhang ’26, recording his second assist.

The Jesuit Dallas Rangers defeated the Flower Mound/Marcus team because of their offensive and defensive domination. This will be one of the many great wins this Jesuit Hockey team will produce because of the extensive work and commitment each player has given to the team this year.
