Dr. Carl Brans receives the 1st Annual Distinguished Alumnus Award. Dr. Brans is an associate professor of Physics at Loyola University of New Orleans. Because of his research interest in the field of Relativity, he has attracted international attention. He has received National Science Fellowships and Research Grants for further studies of relativity principles.’
