Vlog: What do Jesuit Freshmen Think of SAGE?

-

The 4th-period bell rings and the tables in the cafeteria are instantly filled with students chatting away, joking, and laughing. Soon, they are signaled that they may get food. In a flash, each and every station is packed with hungry students and teachers. The food served at these stations is the product of the dining service we all know as SAGE. It has now been months since SAGE started serving Jesuit, and everyone has their own opinion on how the food is. So, what does the Jesuit student body think of SAGE?

Clearly, there are many mixed opinions on the dining service. However, what the students say about it doesn’t matter all that much. The people at SAGE work hard to make food for Jesuit students to eat every school day for breakfast and lunch. Their service is something to be grateful for, as not many schools have such an elaborate lunch program.

On the roundup, I mainly make videos about campus life and student opinions, as well as vlogs. I have a skill set in all types of video production. For this reason, my work isn’t just limited to the roundup. I also make Vlogs and comedic skits on YouTube (Check it out on my channel, Saadz!). I plan on developing my filming and editing skills to start a side business in doing this work for others. I also want to make my own short films in the future, and I feel like the roundup is a great place to express and improve my skills while also being deeply involved and engaged in everything that happens at Jesuit. All-in-all, I set out to put video media on the roundup at the best it can be!
