Jesuit’s First Ping Pong Tournament

-

How is your back hand? Do you think you have what it takes to be the first Jesuit ping pong champion?

If you think you do then you need to  join the first annual Jesuit Ping Pong Tournament, sponsored by Student Council and the Ping Pong club.

The tournament will invite doubles teams to compete in single elimination brackets. The Ping-Pong tournament will take place on Thursday, December 9, 2010, in Hughes Hall. The top four teams will receive gift cards to the Ranger Connection.  Additional entry forms are posted on the student council Moodle page.

Several students have expressed excitement about this extraordinary event. While sophomore Craig Pfaffenberger said, “I am going to do fine,” others like sophomore Andrew Crim boasted, “I think I will dominate.” Only time will tell us who will rise to the occasion and become the champion of Jesuit.

For those not yet part of the Ping-Pong club, come join us every day after school for a few hours in Hughes Hall. David Portner (sophomore) and Max Montague (senior) are presidents of the club. Justin Kang is the vice president
