I am a super passionate Mavs fan that will write about all the rumors and potential transactions the Mavs could be making in the future. My dream is to one day become a staff member of a NBA team and even better, the general manager of a team. With that, I will go over how NBA trades work and what my off-season strategy will be to make my favorite team, the Dallas Mavericks, not only one of the best teams in the league but also a team with cap flexibility and a team with great character and chemistry. I am also interested in what is going on in the tech world, especially with gaming and computers. I will go over some of this throughout the year as well. Lastly, I am the manager of the Jesuit Ranger Experience Podcast. I edit, record, and well manage what is going on. We give news and updates that are going on around Jesuit news and sports wise and I highly recommend y'all take a listen.
Jesuit Hockey is looking to have an exciting summer season as Sasha Dikun, sister of Jesuit Senior Miles Dikun '21, is set to play Goalkeeper for the Junior Varsity squad! This will be the first time ever a girl will suit up in the blue and gold!!! Today, I'll give some background info about Sasha Dikun and go over the...
We witnessed some wacky but historic Jesuit hockey this season. But hockey is a crazy game just like others in sports, and that's what makes it enjoyable. This season, Jesuit imprinted their names into the history books as a team who went to nationals. Let's take a look back at the end of their 2020-2021 season: The Season: Jesuit has a...
Jesuit Hockey has found their footing after a rough beginning plagued with injuries, missing players due to Covid-19 and postponed games. Jesuit Hockey are 3-1 in their past four games (as of Feb. 3), and there is reason to be excited, as they are showing its full strength, which we hope carries on to the playoffs. During these last four...
Lately, it has not been pretty for Jesuit hockey. Jesuit has some time to turn the tide, but with their recent performance against Plano West, is it possible? Before I begin, the league postponed the Southlake Carroll season opener to a later date. Game 1: Jesuit vs. Frisco Jesuit started the season poorly, losing to Frisco 5-2. Frisco mustered a 2-0 lead,...
The Dallas Mavericks are looking to add a 3rd star and have made everyone available except Luka Doncic and Kristaps Porzingis. I have heard rumblings that they could be interested in Giannis Antetokounmpo in 2021 NBA free agency or even Tobias Harris via trade. To be in an excellent position to get either of those two players, the Mavs need to...
The NBA Offseason is finally here!!! No, seriously, it has finally begun. Even during the NBA Finals, there are deals that are already agreed on or close to being agreed on. For instance, the New York Knicks are rumored to be in talks with the Oklahoma City Thunder about acquiring Chris Paul, according to @ScoopB. This deal would send Kevin...
The Jesuit hockey teams had a blast in their 3 games in the Leveling Tournament, as both teams got off to a great start in their preseason tourney. Tournaments like these really help them learn from each other's mistakes without it affecting their record. With this rather promising start, I believe that this will be a good year for...
Sweat drips onto the computer screen. The player anxiously awaits his opponent's next move. He hopes to be crowned the "COVID-19 Fundraiser Chess tournament" champion. The chess tournament was a massive success. Not only was it really competitive but more importantly, Jesuit students were able to raise $687. This was enough to prepare 1,800 meals for families. I was also a...
